NEO ENAMEL Paints are based on the alkyds/drying oils which have hard films with gloss retention. The films show excellent brushing properties and very little tendency to yellowing on exposure to the environment. Products are carefully designed keeping the pigment volume concentration to get optimum gloss, washability, adhesion and durability. The product dries at room temperature by oxidation and polymerization. NeoSyntheic Enamels are used on various substrates like wood , metal furnitures, train coaches, automobiles industries etc. NEO ENAMEL products are available in 2 varieties :–

  • I GLOW – Hi Gloss Enamel.
  • X 2 – General Purpose Enamel.

APPLICATIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Ensure that the surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil free before application. Previously painted surfaces should be properly stripped of old paint. Rusted surfaces to be cleaned thoroughly before application. Before application of primer scuff with 100 no type’s emery paper for proper bonding and performance.

APPLICATION METHOD:

Stir the material thoroughly before use. Add thinner if required. Apply uniformly By Brush/By Conventional spray. Apply Primer first and follow it up with Enamel painting.

APPLICATION AREAS:

As a finishing top coat on steel, wood, plaster, concrete & on many other surfaces where good levelling, gloss & color retention is required. it is recommended to apply over properly prepared & primed interior or exterior surfaces.
