BITUMINOUS PRODUCTS
Neo Bituminous products segment has full fledged range meeting different customer requirements. Neo has individual products for following uses – a) Water Tank Coating b) Anti Corrosive Coating – IS 158, c) Fast Drying Bituminous varnish, d) Special purpose Bitumionous primers that are useful for waterproofing products. They are all specially designed solvent based, products formulated with high quality bitumen, petroleum solvent & selective additives. It is resistant to acid, alkali and water. The product dries rapidly to give a smooth glossy black finish. The product imparts good adhesion strength on coated surfaces. The product performs as a anticorrosive brushable liquid primer cum paint as well as a good blending agent for the manufacture of waterproof membrane coating.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface should be clean free of dirt, gravel, dust and oil. The surface should be dry, smooth & free from imperfections and protrusions.
Method Of Use::
Apply by use of standard roofing brooms, brushes, squeegees or airless spray equipment. Check the viscosity to ensure smooth spray of the product. Minimum 2 coats will be required. Allow drying of one coat before application of second coat. Coating will be touch dry within 3-4 hours at 30oC and will be hard dry within 8 hours.
Application Areas:
It finds application as paint or primer for use on exterior & interior surfaces of Metals, Wood, RCC Surfaces etc. Also used as a primer coat on Concrete surface / Brick surface / Metal surface / Smooth asphalt roofs / Concrete Sloped Roof before aesthetic singles roofing. As a waterproof coating in Water tank, boats. As a low cost anticorrosive, anti chipping underbody coating in Auto rickshaws, scooters etc. As a finishing top coat on steel, wood, plaster, concrete, pipe line, roofing, & on many other surfaces where good gloss & water resistance is required.
