NEOPROOF Thermal Insulation products are one part, cold applied, durable membrane coating. They are based on Synthetic Resins / Polymer either standalone or in combination along with special additives for enhancing solar reflectivity & weather durability. This range has products designed for 2 categories - 1) Thermal Insulation of HVAC Duct Asseembly. 2) Insulation of Roofs. The coating offers multipurpose features of Heat Reduction & Waterproofing in one shot. The products are tough, flexible & possess superior UV resistance. The coating bonds excellently to most building material as well as materials used in HVAC Duct Assembly like mineral wool, glass fiber, Polystyrene and polyurethane foam. The Roof coating products being high on Solar Reflectivity, reflects most of Sun's heat back to atmosphere as such preventing thermal degradation of the coated substrates .

Limitations:
  • Do not apply in direct sunlight / during rains & when ambient temperature is < 10oC or> 40oC
  • Dilute with potable water & follow dilution ratio. Not to store diluted material.
  • Never apply succeeding coats before full drying of precious coat.
  • Do not mix 2 products together. # As with any chemical exercise safe working practice and follow instructions in datasheet.

SUN BLOK is a specially designed single part, pollution free liquid heat reflecting roof Insulation & waterproofing coating based on special synthetic resin.

Application Areas:

For Heat insulation & waterproofing of roof slabs, terraces, balconies, sun shades, parapet walls, concrete walls, exterior masonry surfaces etc . Also used as a protective coating to concrete, asphalt & bitumen, cement sheet etc. In Duct assembly finds use for Internal and External HVAC duct, ASJ, FRK & FSK jackets and board facings to give a vapor barrier seal at joints, laps, and weld pin punctures. It is used for sealing and fitting, piping, vessel ducts and equipment operating between 00C and ambient temperature. It is used to arrest air erosions in duct insulation joints.

Application Areas:

Prepare surfaces clean, free from dirt, gravel, oil, grease etc. Ensure Concrete & Cementitious substrates are well compacted & cured, with toweled finish, dry & smooth. Remove rust / contamination in case of metal. Cracks if any need to be repaired with Neocrete BA 300 modified mortar. Apply primer first & then proceed for 1st and 2nd coats. Add additional coats to build higher DFT. Apply by brushes, roller or airless spray equipment. Check viscosity to ensure smooth spray of the product. Allow a gap of 6-8 hours between coats and post application allow for 7 days to for complete curing .Thermal Insulation Products yield best results when applied DFT of film > 800 microns.

Duct Coating Products - Apply a tack coat @ 4 to 6 m2 per litre and then embed immediately the selected lagging fabric smoothly in to the wet coating. Apply 2 finish coat of product @ 5 to 6 m2 / litre. The dry film thickness will vary with fabric selected
NEOPROOF Thermal Insulation products are water dilutable. Refer Dilution ratio of each product before use.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30oC. Storage should be protected from frost. Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacturing in an unopened container.

Cleaning:

Clean all tools immediately with water. Use hand cleaner followed by soap for hands.
