From a small family run business to a leading multifarious company, Neo has come a long way!

Mr. Aziz Khan, the visionary and an experienced businessman, with his able guidance and expertise, set up Neo Pack Plast (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 1978. His initial venture was into MS Barrels manufacturing.

With the increase of consumption of paints used in barrels, Neo stepped into the manufacturing of its own paints. Subsequently he became a driving force in continuous backward and forward integration. This resulted in the formation of more divisions like Resins (NEOREZ), Insulating Varnish (NEOVAR) etc. This vision of Mr. Aziz Khan made Neo self sufficient and unique in its all product offerings.

Mr. Aziz Khan steered ahead the company and set up another unit in a tax free booming Industrial area of Daman for production of HM/HDPE Liner Bags.
